Does the €59 plan cover the whole company?
No. Basic is €59/month for 2 users. Unlimited users is Premium at €129/month. Full sheet on pricing.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
The account moves to Basic at €59/month unless you cancel or upgrade to Premium. The trial includes 30 credits.
Are credits the same as seats?
No. Seats are people. Credits are usage: chat, agents, media, documents. Credits roll over.
Where is data stored?
In the EU by default, on a private instance. Files are not used to train models. See the privacy policy.
