Saved Items: Media Tab

The Media tab shows all images and videos in the workspace: AI-generated images and videos from image-generation jobs, resized and social media variants, and saved images. You can browse, search, filter, change visibility, download, and delete items.

Key features

  • Detail modal — Click an item to see full view, prompt, model, date
  • Keyboard navigation — Arrow keys to move between items in detail view
  • Download — Save any item to your device
  • Filters — By type (Images / Videos) and visibility (Private / Public)

What appears in Media

How it works

Browsing

  1. Open Saved Items → Media tab (or ?tab=images).
  2. Use Grid or List view.
  3. Click a thumbnail to open the detail modal.

Search and filters

  1. Search: Matches file name and prompt text.
  2. Type: All, Images only, or Videos only.
  3. Visibility: All, Private, or Public to members.

Filters are in the Filters dropdown. The badge shows how many filters are active.

Detail modal

When you click an item:

Visibility

  1. Private: Only you see the file.
  2. Public: Visible to all workspace members.

Only the creator (owner) can change visibility. The lock icon means private; the eye icon means public.

Deleting

  1. Click the trash icon on the thumbnail (grid) or in the detail modal.
  2. Confirm in the dialog.
  3. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Troubleshooting

  1. No media found — Clear search and filters; ensure items exist in this workspace.
  2. Can't change visibility — You must be the creator; other users can only view.
  3. Video not playing — Check format support; try another browser.
  4. Download fails — Verify network; try again or use a different browser.
