Overview
The Media Generator Dashboard is your central hub for viewing and managing all your image and video generation jobs. This page displays all your generation runs in an organized grid, allowing you to monitor progress, access results, and manage your jobs efficiently.
Accessing the Dashboard
- Navigate to **Tools** in the sidebar
- Click "Media Generator"
- The dashboard is the default landing page

Hero Section
The top banner displays:
- Page Title: "Media Generator
- Description: Brief overview of the functionality
- Visual banner with background image
Toolbar
Search Bar
- Search jobs by name or description
- Real-time filtering as you type
- Debounced to reduce requests
Status Filter
Dropdown to filter by job status:
- All Statuses
- Running
- Paused
- Completed
- Failed
Select Button
- Toggles bulk selection mode
- Enables multi-select for batch operations
- Shows "Cancel" when active
Pagination Controls
- Navigate through pages
- Shows current page and total
- 30 jobs per page
Creating New Jobs
Create Job Card
The first card in the grid is always the "Create Job" card:
- Dashed border design
- "Create Job" title
- "Start a new image generation job" description
- Click to create a new job
Starting a Job
1. Click the "Create Job" card
2. Navigate to job creation page
3. Configure your generation settings
4. Launch the job
Job Management
Individual Actions
Pause/Resume
- Click pause button on running jobs
- Click resume button on paused jobs
- Status updates immediately
Download
- Available for completed jobs
- Downloads all generated images as ZIP
- Shows loading spinner during download
- File named after job
Delete
- Click delete button (trash icon)
- Confirmation modal appears
- Warning about permanent deletion
- Removes job and all associated files
Bulk Operations
Enabling Bulk Mode
1. Click "Select" button in toolbar
2. Checkboxes appear on job cards
3. Bulk action bar appears below toolbar
Selecting Jobs
- Click checkbox on job card
- Or click card itself in bulk mode
- Selected count shown in action bar
Bulk Actions
- Select all: Selects all visible jobs
- Clear selection: Deselects all
- Delete selected: Removes selected jobs
- Confirmation required before deletion
Bulk Delete
- Processes deletions sequentially
- Shows success/failure counts
- Some jobs may not be deletable (permissions)
Search and Filtering
Search Bar
- Located in toolbar
- Searches job names and descriptions
- Real-time filtering
- Resets to page 1 on new search
Status Filtering
Filter Dropdown
- Filter by job status
- Combines with search
- Shows only matching jobs
- "All Statuses" shows everything
Filter Behavior
- Applies server-side filtering
- Works with pagination
- Resets to page 1 when changed
Job Statistics
Displayed Stats
Image Count
- Number of generated images
- Includes edits and variations
- Shown with image icon
Video Count
- Number of generated videos
- Shown with play icon
- Only appears if videos exist
Date
- Creation date
- Formatted as month/day
- Shows "Today" for recent jobs
Status Meanings
Running
- Job is actively generating
- Blue badge with pulsing dot
- Can be paused
Paused
- Job is temporarily stopped
- Yellow badge
- Can be resumed
Completed
- Job finished successfully
- Green badge
- Can download results
- Can be deleted
Failed
- Job encountered an error
- Red badge
- Check details for error info
- Can be deleted
Pending
- Job is queued
- Gray badge
- Waiting to start

Organization
- Use Search: Quickly find specific jobs
- Filter by Status: Focus on active or completed jobs

Jobs Not Appearing
