The Members tab lets you control who can access the workspace. You can add or remove users and see their roles. This tab is available only to workspace admins and managers.

Key features

  • View workspace members — See all users who have access
  • Manage users — Add or remove users via the Manage Users modal
  • Role display — View each user's role (admin, manager, or default)
  • Search — Find users by username when managing access

Who can access this tab

  • Admins — Full access; can manage members
  • Managers — Full access; can manage members
  • Default users — Tab is hidden

Viewing members

The Members table shows:

| Column | Description | |--------|-------------| | Username | User's display name | | Role | admin, manager, or default | | Added | When the user was granted access | | Actions | Remove user (if applicable) |

Managing users

Open the modal

  1. Click Manage Users.
  2. The modal lists all instance users (except admins, who have access to everything).

Add users

  1. In the Manage Users modal, find the user you want to add.
  2. Click the user (or their checkbox) to select them.
  3. Click Save to apply changes.

Remove users

  1. Open the Manage Users modal.
  2. Click a selected user to deselect them.
  3. Click Save to remove their access.

Bulk actions

  1. Select all — Select all users in the filtered list
  2. Unselect — Clear all selections
  3. Search — Use the search field to filter by username

How membership works

  1. Admins — Have access to all workspaces by default; they do not appear in the workspace user list for assignment.
  2. Managers and default users — Must be explicitly added to a workspace to access it.
  3. Removing a user revokes their access immediately; they will no longer see the workspace in their sidebar.

Troubleshooting

  1. Members tab not visible — You need admin or manager role. Default users cannot access this tab.
  2. User not in the list — Admins are not listed; they have global workspace access.
  3. Changes not applied — Ensure you clicked Save in the Manage Users modal.
